In the years before the birth of Mrcorbett, there was a Songwriter called Warren Jenks, now he somewhat crazily put out three albums between 2007 -2009. that to put it mildly were a bit rough around the gills! He loved the songs he brain came up with, but lacked the vocal confidence and technical skill to translate his beauties into erm beauties of Song recorded. Anyway luckily as he records at home on the free, in the years since he had an easy solution to fix his embarrassment over his worst initial efforts, Take 2!
For we songwriters are never usually fully satisfied with our finished songs. Sometimes a new and better arrangement might arrive through live performances or home doodling. and so in such cases to quieten and pacify your nagging mind, so Take 2!

Mrcorbett is forever grateful to Warren for those initial albums, and sometimes wishes that he could once more write songs like he used to do back then! In 2008 I'll always remember the thrill of someone singing along to my chorus at an open mic, it made the performance go haywire, as its hard to sing when you're thanking someone and have a huge grin on your choppers! Maybe one day I shall rediscover how to write singalongs again, its a treat when they work!
